GOD: Hey! Hey Trav!

TRAVIS: Yea, Lord. Look, I’ll get to you in a minute. This is one busy camp! Great! I’m in the back row of dance! I can hide back here! (he starts doing dance steps)

GOD: Uh… Trav.

TRAVIS: Just a minute, Lord! Soon as I get this dance down!

GOD: I thought you wanted to talk.

TRAVIS: (still dancing) I do! I do! But this is a really tough dance step…just a minute, Lord. Just a minute.

GOD: Trav?

TRAVIS: Yea Lord? Dern. I can’t see Daniel or Melanie. I’m really awful at this.

GOD: Trav?

TRAVIS: (still dancing) Oh no! They want my row to come up front?

GOD: Travis!

TRAVIS: (stops suddenly, wide-eyed) Yes Lord!

GOD: Don’t stop dancing!

TRAVIS: (begins dancing) Okay! Okay!

GOD: You can talk to me while you dance!

TRAVIS: I can?

GOD: What’re you doing right now?

TRAVIS: (looks down) Oh. Wow! Hey! I’m gettin’ the steps Lord, I’m gettin’ the steps! Darn! Now the dance is over. Hey Lord, I’ll talk to you in a minute. I gotta work on this song for the performance.

GOD: Good! But don’t stop talking to me.

TRAVIS: While I’m singing?

GOD: Especially while you’re singing.
