Dear Santa
Dear Santa is a Christmas musical built around children writing and sending a letter to Santa Claus and the anticipation of his Christmas Eve arrival. Framed by the opening "Sending A Letter To Santa Claus" and its later reprise, the show moves through a holiday song cycle — wondering whether Santa can make it through the night, weighing naughty or nice, squeezing down the chimney, and the playful scheme to "catch that Santa" — to the title song "Dear Santa" and a closing "Bows." The plot beyond the song titles is not documented in the surviving audio-only sources, so no further narrative is asserted.

Production Notes
The song list above follows the performance order preserved on the cast/score recording, the Dear Santa album. The album runs nine vocal numbers (the songs above) followed by their instrumental/backing versions — eighteen tracks in all, all file-dated October 29, 2007, with ID3 tags reading album "Dear Santa," artist "Various Artists," and genre "General Pop." No composer, lyricist, or year tag is embedded (the year field reads 0) and no album art is attached — the files are an audio stream only. Two copies survive: one in Ken's album archive and a second in his iTunes library, cataloged under "Various Artists." Both copies carry the identical eighteen tracks with matching file sizes and the same October 29, 2007 file dates, confirming a common origin. Minor inconsistencies in the surviving files reflect their working-copy origin — for example, backing track 13 is misspelled "Sqeezin' Down The Chimney" (vs. "Squeezin' Down The Chimney" on vocal track 4) in both copies, evidence they derive from the same working source.
The cast, director, venue, and producing organization for this show have not yet been recovered for the archive. (A separate Christmas piece in Ken's archive, the humor column "Elementary, My Dear Santa," is an unrelated teaching memoir, not the script for this musical, and is not a source for this show.)
