Seeing Jesus… How can we see him with fresh eyes? If you’ve lived many years, seen many Easters and Good Fridays.. watched your children grow..and then perhaps lost some of your family… It is so easy.. so tempting, so just watch Lent take place without taking part..without bringing anything to it.. Tonight.. seeing Jesus. Mel Gibson movies..so many mixed reviews. To me, the only test of Christian art…does it make you think about your faith. Does it help you to see Jesus? I remember when Jesus Christ Superstar came out.. people shocked..awful reviews… I’d never heard anything so moving.. made me think about my faith.
