Took piano lessons in 2nd grade.. hated them. Then Mom ..dishes.. Pump Organ. One day Mom had a cold..asked me to be the church organist… “Victory in Jesus.”

Bomp Me ….. G’ma.. “God spoke to me in a quiet voice.” G’ma.. always quiet and dignified.. except with the chicken.

Don’t Nobody… I was a church squirmer.. Dad and Mom would squeeze me in from each side. Worst trouble… hid the collection plate. Then… I grew up and found out that giving your life to Jesus Christ was the most exciting thing you could do. If you think Jesus is boring, then you’d better get somebody introduce you to him this week.

Bobby Malone Pop Van Pelt.. sort of a bum. Never went to church. Shotgun. People would always park away from him. Died: left over $10,000 to church. “Would love to have gone to church, but just never had decent enough clothes.”
