I preach lots of places but at Timewell you seem to love music.

Just a closer walk ..often used for funerals in New Orleans…I learned it years ago by watching Cool Hand Luke…not exactly Baptist seminary, but the song really touched me.

Swing Low One heard this song played 14 times…Dad: collection plate Peace Like a River Playing with Dave.. “Never heard of it.” Bloody piano at Lynville Joshua fit de battle… First hear this at Rural Bible Crusade Camp.. “Red”..racism.

Blessed Assurance Older lady in our church… “If I could sing just one song the rest of my live.. Blessed Assurance, Jesus is mine..oh what a foretaste of glory devine.”

I’ll fly Away Friday night.. Methodist Bishops’ assistants..a serious crowd.big Methodist churches…..business-like..then the storm rolled in and they became more human.
