9:30 - 9:45 Think you’ve seen scary things at past workshops? Hold on to your shivvers, Honey! This one features the scariest of all..Real Live Students!

10:45 - 10:50 Chamber Of Horrors #1!

Preparing the Dungeon… (beware, this is genuine fake blood!) – Practice materials, where to find resources, questions writing on your own. (Please bring your own body parts.) I Vant to Suck Your Blood! (or at least drain Rochester’s Suzanne Pettyjohn of her brilliant ideas on readying your little pack of demons for fine arts and language categories) The Mad Scientist! Double, Double, toil and winners! Sharon “Shock Me, Master!” McKee will present practice strategies that will help you with the science categories. Illinois Power disavows any knowledge of this workshop taking place. 10:50 - 11:50

To cook the broth, you gotta know the recipe. IESA Rules Interpretations and Questions – Dungeon-Master Jack Small will have basic rules information and answer rules questions. ..or else. Eye of newt, tail of swine, get your Monsters all in Line! – Count Thad Olson of Bloomington Cornerstone will provide helpful tips to organizing your gruesome crew and practice sessions. Horror By The Numbers! – Pam Riss, formerly of Hogwarts Academy, will share strategies for dealing with math questions. (This workshop originally scheduled for Friday the 13th.)

1:00 - 2:00 A break before the final assault on the Castle!

2:00 - 2:05 Chamber #3…The Final Chapter First you take bones from a graveyard, apply a little Superglue… – The spellbinding team of LaJean and Richard Harkins of Springfield Our Savior's Lutheran School will share their experiences and ideas for starting a new team. (Specimens will be on display) Where in the World Did I put that Head? –Put your little team of monsters on the map by learning strategies for dealing with the history, geography and general social studies questions. Designing Your Own Monster Mash – Pam “Lucretia” Riss of Streator Northlawn will walk you through the steps to hosting a tournament. (Certificates of Sanity will be checked at the door.)
